Musical Director/Drummer Rick Barbosa, Funk du Jour is a twelve-piece
ensemble that will get you off your feet and on the dance floor. Paying
homage to the great horn bands of the 60's through the 80's, Funk du Jour
will provide the sounds of Aretha Franklin, Earth, Wind and Fire, The
Temptation's, just to name a few.

Tight vocals, fat horns and a driving rhythm section make this Chicago big
band a critic's favorite. Additionally, the people look and sound as if
they are having a great time.
