Amy Aiello

Since
the first concert Amy ever went to, Amy has always had the desire
to somehow be involved with the show. It wasn't until recently
that she realized that photography was the way to do so.
Amy has always been in touch with the artistic side of life.
She was involved in theatre and music from the age of three
throughout high school. Amy sang in various choirs over the
years, and has been a pianist since age nine. She is currently
continuing her studies in classical piano performance under
pianist Alexander Djordjevic. She hopes to one day become an
accomplished pianist, and to perhaps earn a degree in piano
performance.

Amy is a full time helicopter camera operator
sub-contracted by NBC 5 Chicago. She also owns
and operates her own photography company, and
shoots on weekends and other spare moments
of time.
Amy's
photography skills are self-taught, and always
being refined. She used what she knew from her studies
in college in video production, learned some basic
techniques from photographer friends, and added her own
knowledge by reading everything photography related
she could find. She is always looking at the work of
other photographers to learn and grow from. Her
style is self-described to be a hybrid of
photojournalism and fine art.

Amy

and a minor in Fashion.
